About the Stephenson Mansell Group
Company History The Stephenson Mansell Group (SMG) is Australia’s foremost executive coaching, mentoring and leadership development organisation, recognised as a preferred supplier to many leading public and private sector organisations. For over a decade our executive coaches have had the privilege of working with over 3000 executives in more than 300 organisations nationally and internationally. Our current team comprises some 20 executive coaches/facilitators and 11 mentors based in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with the capacity to deliver throughout Australia and overseas.
The Stephenson Partnership and Mansell Group merged in September 2005 to form Stephenson Mansell Group (SMG). Both organisations are unique in the field of executive development. Leveraging off the diverse and complimentary experience and capabilities of the two firms positions the Stephenson Mansell Group as a thought-leading organisation in executive development in Australia.
Our People Working under a professional services structure, our coaches, mentors and group facilitators have all held senior leadership roles and currently maintain portfolio careers, ensuring our people remain abreast of the world of business. A commitment to continuing professional development, together with ongoing supervision, ensures they meet and maintain SMG's high accreditation and delivery standards.
Our team comprises qualified, experienced, mature, executives with high levels of self-awareness and integrity, possessing broad personal and professional interests. They are able to achieve sustainable change through the application of the highest standards of professional executive coaching, mentoring and group facilitation in line with international best practice.
Our Focus SMG's programs are specifically targeted at addressing tactical and strategic business issues and achieving tangible results at all stages of executive development.
An extensive needs analysis forms a foundation for each of our programs ensuring outcomes are articulated and agreed upon up front. Follow-up individual and organisation wide case management, progress reporting and on completion, evaluation of outcomes all contribute to the success of our programs.
