“I have had a rewarding engagement with Bruce McKay from SMG over the last 3 years. He has challenged me to objectively appraise where I'm heading from both a professional and a personal perspective and prompted me to consider alternative approaches to achieve the goals I set myself. Having worked in a range of senior positions Bruce was able to offer practical insights and clearly explain how they could be applied based on his experience. Having access to a senior professional outside the day to day business provided a great developmental dimension while the flexibility to customise the program allowed me to integrate it with company activities and internal training. I would not hesitate to recommend SMG Executive Coaching for any senior executive”.
