Amanda is sought after for her ability to achieve results through an empathic, pragmatic and skilful approach towards individuals and groups and has extensive qualifications and experience in achieving results with her clients. She is a personal and professional development coach, coach trainer, counsellor, mediator and facilitator.

 

Amanda’s coaching approach stems from the strength of a cognitive behavioural base to which she applies multiple approaches when coaching. She believes in the inner competence and strength of the individual to evolve and own choices when provided the appropriate support. Her passion for coaching stems from the challenge in awakening the potential within the client to recognize and fulfil their life and career choices thereby enhancing the evolution and performance of the organization. Amanda has extensive experience in coaching individuals and teams in achieving change.

 

Amanda’s recent experience includes leading major transformation programs for Services and FMCG organizations. Amanda coached Senior Leadership Teams in achieving cultural change and designed and facilitated executive team development workshops.

 

Amanda has coached managers and leaders in public and private sector organisations across varied industries including FMCG, biotechnology, medical, pharmaceutical, IT, Defence, telecommunications, utilities, Federal and State Government, mining, manufacturing, construction, transportation, corporate services, retail, legal, finance and education.

 

Individual and group skills development programs that Amanda has designed and facilitated include: Manager as Coach, Team Building, Organisational Change Management, Managers Managing Teams through Change, Individuals Managing Change, Stress Management, Career Transition, Planning and Management, Retirement Planning, Job Analysis Performance Measures, Competency Profiling and Counselling, Presentation and Communication Skills.

 

Since 1991 Amanda has accrued over 12,000 hours coaching executives in achieving career goals and corporate objectives, to enhance leadership capability, coaching competence, communication and interpersonal styles, and build capacity to cope with and lead others through change. Amanda has successfully managed challenging mediation assignments with excellent outcomes.

 

Amanda’s focus is on the dynamic fields of Leadership Development, Change Management, Performance Management, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, Communication Skills and Career Development.

·         Extensive experience with 360 tools such as LEA and team profiling with MTRI.
