Lucinda’s approach to coaching is individually based and holistic. While using the very rigorous process and tools of integral coaching, each coaching program is specifically designed to provide each individual with both personal and professional growth.

“I was journaling this morning and realised that I had a new energy and lightness, as if something had shifted. I believe that it’s because of our conversations and work we have done over the past few months. Your coaching managed to open up, in a new and fresh way, an old pattern and enable me to see it for what it is and what is costs me in terms of energy wasted and emotional angst.  I feel lighter and clearer. So, thanks for your insightful, accurate and powerful coaching. I am now busy in my new post as CEO, and feel that I am really implementing what I learned from you. I have been able to have the difficult conversations I needed to have with my team, and feel as though I am now well on my way to becoming the leader I would like to be.”
