Helen Tribe is a specialist communications coach, assisting leaders with interpersonal effectiveness as well as extending their ability to reach wide audiences.  Helen draws on her extensive experience and qualifications to facilitate dynamic change.  Helen’s clients discover natural confidence, conviction and the ability to impress and persuade.  They learn how to manage their own impressions and enhance their executive presence. 

 

Helen Tribe has over twenty-five years experience in media, marketing, public relations and issues management.   Since 1996, Helen has been advising organisations and individuals in communications strategy as well as training executives for media and speeches and working through interpersonal communication and behaviour issues.

 

Adding depth to her experience, Helen has completed a bachelor degree in Mass Communications at Macquarie University, a postgraduate diploma in marketing at UTS, a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and is an accredited DISC Model Trainer.  Helen has also completed Manager as Coach training at Stephenson Mansell Group in 2006.

 

Working with SMG, Helen’s has individually designed programs for CEO’s and managing directors as well as senior executives from a broad range of companies. Helen’s clients have included corporate, business and professional practices, politicians, universities and schools.

 

Responding to each client’s brief, Helen’s communications coaching programs are custom tailored to individual’s strengths and cover professional impression management, interpersonal communications skills, reputation management and executive presence, media training, speech and presentation training, team building and strategic communications plans.  Helen also assists clients manage stress and understand the impact of emotions on communication and performance.

 

Working with Helen, clients rapidly and successfully build communication skills and therefore impact.  Because their executive presence is enhanced, executives enjoy communicating more and therefore are more effective both within and outside their organisations.
