Greg is a Counselling Psychologist with a Masters in Counselling Psychology. He has been counselling since 1996, moving progressively more into corporate and leadership work over the last eight years to the present where his focus is entirely on leadership development and executive coaching. He is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and the Australian Institute of Management. Greg has significant experience facilitating leadership programs in the resource industry in WA. He is a sought after facilitator and coach with a track record of outstanding feedback and results.
Greg’s current coaching framework is based on psychological principles, with a focus on personal capability and seeking maximum performance. Greg is a coach who establishes a congruent and authentic relationship with his coachee, provides open and honest feedback and challenges coachees to seek insight and self-awareness to facilitate accelerated forward momentum.
Coachees who choose to work with Greg seek to challenge themselves with honest self-reflection and insight, which in turn leads to the opportunity for significant growth and development, and ultimately increased performance. · Experienced Coach & Psychologist with over 5000 hours of counselling since 1996 and over 100 hours of executive coaching in the last year and a half.
· Experienced facilitator with over 1000 hours of facilitation in the last year.
· Experience in coaching within a variety of major industries, including oil & gas, federal government, finance, and manufacturing.
· Detailed and successful experience with 360 tools, such as the LSI 1 & 2 and the BarOn EQ 360.
