Keith is a certified Integral Coach having completed the Professional Coach Course (PCC) in 2006, and Associate Coach Course (ACC) in 2004. Both qualifications were obtained through the Centre for Coaching who partners with the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town and New Ventures West based in San Francisco USA. The International Coach Federation (ICF) ranked the NVW coach certification program as one of the best in the USA.
Prior to undertaking coaching on a fulltime basis, Keith spent the last 25 years in the corporate business environment in Employee Benefits and HealthCare Financing and Risk Management. He held a number of Executive Committee and Board appointments and was Managing Director of Sovereign Health (Pty) Limited, a prominent HealthCare Administration organisation in South Africa.
Keith moved to Perth from South Africa at the beginning of 2009. During the last 10 years, Keith has immersed himself in the realm of Executive Coaching with a view, prior to leaving the corporate business environment, to enhancing his own leadership capabilities and those of his colleagues at his place of work. He now specialises in coaching at executive level and the development of executive coaching skills through Coaching Circle facilitation.
He is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ACC), an Associate Coach at the Centre for Coaching, a Director of Integral Coaching Australia (Pty) Limited and a Director of Elysium Coaching (Pty) Limited in South Africa., both executive coaching practices.
· Keith is a Director of two Companies and has held several Executive roles within the Employee Benefits and Healthcare Financing industries and has relevant qualifications in this regard.
· Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation with over 800 hours of Executive and Circle Coaching experience.
· Extensive experience with the Enneagram profiling system.
· Certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West (USA).
